The ILIYA YAME KWACHE FOUNDATION has been into mass tree planting annually since 2021. This year, from 7th June to 14th June, the tree planting campaig n will hold in five different towns in Michika, Uba, Adamawa State University Mubi, Lutheran University Demsa and Catholic Seminary Mayo Belwa. We will plant and distribute 100,000 drought resistant tree seedlings to members of the public . This year, there are many events designed to bring people closer to science through the languages of art, theater, dance, music, performance, and much more! The program includes events for adults, families, and children. Create your own personalized schedule and spend three days with us! If you're curious, you can click on our website to find out more. Building on previous years, AIPP will once again collaborate members and partners to celebrate the 2025 International Day for Biodiversity. During AIPP engagements with Indigenous communities across Asia, a recurring message has emerged: the need to sensitize and empower Indigenous Youth and Indigenous Children in sustaining our cultural identities, worldviews, traditional practices, and occupations. We have also witnessed inspiring stories of young people returning to their communities, ta king leadership roles , and innovating by using Indigenous Knowledge with contemporary learning. L’iniziativa è interamente dedicata a Canis lupus italicus, una specie animale tanto carismatica quanto misconosciuta, recentemente osservata anche nell’hinterland civitanovese, per rispondere a domande, dubbi e curiosità che l’incontro - ancorché fortuito - con questo animale può riservare a tutti noi. Chi è il lupo? È pericoloso per l’uomo? Come bisogna comportarsi?
